Defining

Organic music is naturally produced. It's a recording of humans performing music live simoultaneously. i.e. every voice and instrument recorded altogether and all in one go. The playing time of a piece of recorded organic music is not any less than the length of time it took to record it.

The organic music genre really encapsulates a majority of all recorded live performances. It is worth categorising these types of recordings together because they often possess a natural electricity/chemistry that cannot be reproduced using what have now become conventional recording studio techniques.
